{"id":63137,"date":"2025-06-04T22:51:14","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T22:51:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revistaelconocedor.net\/?p=63137"},"modified":"2025-06-04T22:59:56","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T22:59:56","slug":"guia-michelin-mexico-2025-estos-son-los-nuevos-restaurantes-con-estrella-michelin-estrella-verde-y-premios-especiales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistaelconocedor.net\/index.php\/2025\/06\/04\/guia-michelin-mexico-2025-estos-son-los-nuevos-restaurantes-con-estrella-michelin-estrella-verde-y-premios-especiales\/","title":{"rendered":"Gu\u00eda Michelin M\u00e9xico 2025: Estos son los nuevos restaurantes con Estrella Michelin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2712\ufe0f: Ana Belen Ortiz\u00a0Monte\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Conoce cu\u00e1les fueron los restaurantes y chefs reconocidos en la segunda edici\u00f3n de la prestigiosa Gu\u00eda Michelin en M\u00e9xico<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una noche llena de estrellas fue la que se vivi\u00f3 ayer en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, en donde el escenario para la segunda edici\u00f3n de la\u00a0Gu\u00eda Michelin M\u00e9xico 2025, fue el foro Codere, que fue el espacio donde\u00a0personalidades de la gastronom\u00eda y la industria,\u00a0se dieron cita en una noche que promet\u00eda sorpresas, pero sobre todo muchas estrellas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La\u00a0selecci\u00f3n\u00a0de esta edici\u00f3n sum\u00f3 un total de\u00a0181 restaurantes, entre ellos\u00a0cinco nuevos establecimientos\u00a0que obtuvieron su\u00a0primera Estrella,\u00a0dos m\u00e1s con Estrella Verde,\u00a012\u00a0que\u00a0se incorporaron a la categor\u00eda\u00a0Bib\u00a0Gourmand,\u00a0y\u00a020\u00a0fueron\u00a0recomendados por la gu\u00eda.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/revistaelconocedor.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2R9A6308.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-63140\" srcset=\"https:\/\/revistaelconocedor.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2R9A6308.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/revistaelconocedor.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2R9A6308-450x300.jpg 450w, https:\/\/revistaelconocedor.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/2R9A6308-700x467.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Las primeras estrellas de la noche&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En una ceremonia que fue conducida por\u00a0el reconocido conductor y periodista gastron\u00f3mico Miguel Conde,\u00a0el escenario de la Gu\u00eda Michelin M\u00e9xico 2025, fue llen\u00e1ndose de restaurantes y chefs reconocidos, comenzando con el primer premio especial de la noche, que fue otorgado al\u00a0chef\u00a0Giuseppe\u00a0Lacorazza\u00a0del restaurante Fugaz, quien recibi\u00f3 la distinci\u00f3n de Chef Joven, quien, con tan solo 34 a\u00f1os, est\u00e1 al frente de este\u00a0proyecto gastron\u00f3mico que ofrece platillos de mar.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y as\u00ed fueron\u00a0llegando las Estrellas Verdes,\u00a0que fueron otorgadas a\u00a0dos nuevos restaurantes:\u00a0Olivea\u00a0Farm\u00a0to\u00a0Table\u00a0del chef Eduardo Zaragoza, ubicado en\u00a0Ensenada, Baja California; y\u00a0Bald\u00edo, localizado en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, ambos por su fiel compromiso de sustentabilidad y cero desperdicios.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/revistaelconocedor.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/0115_MICHELIN.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-63142\" srcset=\"https:\/\/revistaelconocedor.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/0115_MICHELIN.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/revistaelconocedor.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/0115_MICHELIN-450x300.jpg 450w, https:\/\/revistaelconocedor.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/0115_MICHELIN-700x467.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5 nuevos restaurantes alcanzan su primera Estrella Michelin&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Olivea\u00a0Farm\u00a0to\u00a0Table\u00a0fue el primer restaurante de la noche\u00a0en recibir una Estrella Michelin, a los que se sumaron:\u00a0Expendio de Ma\u00edz, que el a\u00f1o pasado fue recomendado con un\u00a0Bib\u00a0Gourmand,\u00a0Masala\u00a0y Ma\u00edz, dirigido por los chefs Norma\u00a0Listman\u00a0y\u00a0Saqib\u00a0Keval,\u00a0ambos en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico. Conoce los restaurantes y a los chefs reconocidos<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pujol y Quintonil siguen en el olimpo gastron\u00f3mico con dos Estrellas Michelin&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin duda, el momento m\u00e1s importante de la noche fue cuando\u00a0los restaurantes Pujol, del chef Enrique Olvera, y Quintonil, del chef Jorge Vallejo,\u00a0refrendaron sus dos Estrellas Michelin,\u00a0tal y como hab\u00edan sido distinguidos en la primera edici\u00f3n de la Gu\u00eda Michelin M\u00e9xico en 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esta categor\u00eda no hubo sorpresa alguna, pues\u00a0no se sumaron m\u00e1s restaurantes\u00a0y solo\u00a0Pujol y Quintonil son los \u00fanicos restaurantes en todo M\u00e9xico, que poseen dos Estrellas Michelin.\u00a0Pero, tanto Enrique Olvera como Jorge Vallejo, no ven tan lejano el d\u00eda en que\u00a0alg\u00fan restaurante de nuestro pa\u00eds logre las tan anheladas tres Estrellas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNo,\u00a0no hay que so\u00f1ar, que llegue lo que tenga que llegar. No, nunca ha sido un objetivo,\u00a0creo que es algo que <strong>es una consecuencia no un objetivo<\/strong>.\u00a0Ojal\u00e1, Dios quiera,\u00a0<strong>llegue\u00a0antes de que me muera, no para m\u00ed, sino, para quien sea<\/strong>\u201d, dijo para El Conocedor, el chef Enrique Olvera.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" que, para\u00a0Jorge Vallejo, sigue constante la ilusi\u00f3n de alcanzar tan prestigiada distinci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSe cumplieron las expectativas, creo que son las de un pa\u00eds, <strong>ver triunfar a tantos amigos, a tanta gente a la que admiro, creo que hoy ganamos todos<\/strong>, independientemente del n\u00famero de Estrellas o del reconocimiento que te hayan dado, la oportunidad de vernos todos celebrando a M\u00e9xico, es una oportunidad invaluable.\u00a0Obviamente existen los retos personales,\u00a0desde mi punto de vista, <strong>super satisfecho, pero\u00a0siempre con las ganas de seguir adelante<\/strong> y con la motivaci\u00f3n, de por qu\u00e9 no, alg\u00fan d\u00eda tener tres Estrellas\u201d,\u00a0comparti\u00f3 el chef Vallejo a El Conocedor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Premios Especiales en la Gu\u00eda Michelin M\u00e9xico 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cinco&nbsp;<strong>premios especiales a profesionales de la gastronom\u00eda<\/strong>&nbsp;fueron otorgados durante de la ceremonia de la Gu\u00eda Michelin M\u00e9xico 2025:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul refrendaron todos sus distinciones y Estrellas,\u00a0M\u00e9xico reuni\u00f3 en total<strong> 181 restaurantes entre restaurantes de lujo de alta gastronom\u00eda, hasta taquer\u00edas imperdibles,\u00a0<\/strong>refrendando su poder\u00edo gastron\u00f3mico que es reconocido en todo el mundo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p
